Our student residence has seven floors. On floors one to six single and double rooms are available. On every floor 18 residents share a centrally located communal kitchen. On the top floor, six additional appartments (‘Garçonnièren’ – slightly larger double rooms with a small cooking facility) and a study room can be found.
There are three types of rooms, which differ in size and facilities:
Twin Comfort (approx. 20 sqm)
Completely furnished, refrigerator, bathroom with shower and toilet, internet and cable-TV access (DVB-C), telephone
Single Comfort (approx. 15 sqm)
Completely furnished, refrigerator, bathroom with shower and toilet, internet and cable-TV access (DVB-C), telephone
Twin Premium (approx. 24 sqm)
Completely furnished, small cooking facility and refrigerator, bathroom with shower and toilet, internet and cable-TV access (DVB-C), telephone
Miscellaneous
The access charge, radio license fees (GIS), operating costs and the regular cleaning of the room are included in the monthly costs. Every room is equipped with an internet access via LAN-cable and WLAN – a registration in the office beforehand is required.
